Gimme-five is fixed

Ok, gimme-five is fixed. However, it is not 100% fixed. For example, I have not taught any of the authors how to post to gimme-five on our new setup.
The good news is, none of the other authors, except Kilgore and occasionally Steve, write anything.

I promise I will send out instructions to the other authors soon… well… they probably haven’t noticed the site changed yet… so maybe I’ll wait
